The period you’re not eating, let’s say, from dinner to breakfast the next day, approximately 12-16 hours, you’re intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting (IF) is not a diet; instead, it is an eating strategy where the period of eating and fasting work together. It doesn’t change what you eat. Instead, it changes when you eat.
